Vassie Naidoo
K.I.C.K. Founder and Board Chairperson
Sensei Vassie helped launch the NFYL and was the original founder of K.I.C.K. in 1996. He’s been the owner of a successful small business in Southern California for the past 20 years. Sensei Vassie has practiced karate for over 33 years and holds a seventh-degree black belt in Goju-Ryu. His dojo (karate school) in Santa Monica is the primary site for karate classes he teaches where he is the Chief Instructor. This location is also the home office for K.I.C.K and now the NFYL.
Vassie’s goal of extending the impact and influence of K.I.C.K. helped establish the NFYL and the successful approach of developing relationships with for-profit organizations to deliver beneficial community service programs promoting health, heightened health awareness and youthful living.
Through his humble demeanor, Vassie is a figurehead for many children and youths seeking to gain a unique introspective that is not based on grandeur but an appreciation for all living things and the ability to grow from within and affect others in a positive and profound way.
